Brothers and Sisters,


There have been numerous attempts to villanize the Hardliners of our Faith.


I am a 'Hardliner' of the Monachal Faith.


I do not kill any Damned because they are Damned.


I do not bloodbond any Damned as they are tools of the Lord.


I detest Heresy, Apostasy, and the Heathens and worse.


I pray for their conversion. I preach and converse and argue and celebrate and work with those Heathens. They are wrong, but I simply pity them and know that they will one day see the Truth.


I pray for the conversion of all the Apostates who have left the Oldest 'creed'. I work with them and call them brother. I disagree and preach to them and am assured that with patience and hard work, they might find the true path of their Damnation. They are close to it, and I celebrate their faith.


I stand against any Heretic who would pervert OUR FAITH with their dangerous teachings. Heresy is surprisingly rare, however. While we must always be vigilant, we must be cautious with this powerful word. When Heresy is decided by a multitude of Bishops, I do anything I can do to stop its spread. Heresy in my city will be disallowed and punished severely.


I am a Hardliner, but I am not an unthinking beast wishing and waiting to kill anyone who does not think exactly like I do. Do not assume that simply because I do not tolerate Heresy, I do not coddle Heathens, and I frown upon Apostasy that this will lead to their deaths.


The 'martial' Hardliners who are quick to kill are the smallest percentage of us. I know some of the most liberal who have killed far more than any Hardliner I know, and many of them are Cardinals.
