Leonard is a man of military precision. His hair is cut short and professional, his eyes penetrate with the power of the Ventrue blood. When travelling the mortal world, Leonard wears a business suit, to blend in. When the Mass of the Sanctified takes place, he dons black robes with cross iconography and white gloves. His iconic staff of the spear stands taller than most men, an impressive sight to demonstrate the power and vastness of the Lancea Sanctum.

Leonard doesn't talk about his past much. What he has revealed though, was that he was an officer in the Royal Australian Navy, and had command of small patrol vessels. When he first arrived in Canberra, he claimed that he was sent by the Prince of Adelaide. This was in fact, false. He was sent by a Prince, but someone else. He was unaligned at the time.
Inquisitor Abidan, Father Crispieanus and Sister Sanya interrogated Leonard on his arrival to Canberra, and during that time he talked with them about the purpose of the Lancea Sanctum. From that point on, he was converted. That was late 2005.
His dedication however, has been total. He took the life of a Sanctified Priest to heart, and within months he had changed to be the devote parishoner he is now. Since that time, Leonard has been a traveller, a Pilgrim around Australia, helping Sancitfied diocese from North to South, East to West. He repaired the Australian Sancitifed communication network when it collapsed under a yet unknown attack, he took confession, he helped Inquisitor Matthew test the Sydney faithful, he ministered to the ministers of the Lancea Sanctum.
He has campaigned for the Ventrue Board in Australia, and said to have been a silent partner to Augustine as Canberra's board member. Leonard makes no distinction between Clan and Covenant, hoping that the two aims won't collide.
Leonard recently revealed that he had been named a Cohort of Marael, an angelic being that is the Herald of Vahishtael. He has been given a quest to find the weeping banner of a newly consecrated saint, weeping blood pure yet damned, to unlock the key to bring the judgement of God against the Kine.
Leonard was regrettably slain by his then Bishop Cardinal Prince Valeron Mayne Belotto and his Inquisitor Righteous Endevour Alexander Anderson when he attempted to assinate them and the Prince Althea Monteil-Brecht.

Leonard's personal yacht, a 73 meters ship capable of reaching speeds of up to 35 knots, The Icarus is the hub of the Australian Lancea Sanctum's communications, and serves as haven, chapel and command centre for Leonard.
Obtained through unknown means (probably foul), Leonard uses the ship to co-ordinate Lancea Sanctum efforts of a inter-diocese nature, and travel long distances. It's not known where this unusual vessel harbours, or even if Leonard bought or stole it.
