KILLED ON OCT. 26, 2007 in Huntsville, Texas. Noel has been Bishop of the Houston / Galveston region for over 150 years. He is a known master scholar of the Dark Miracles and also a devout follower of the Monachal Creed. Although he is known for having a horrible temper, he is somewhat open to talking with others outside of the faith and is often found engaged in long, philosophical discourse with members of other convenants. He occassionally slips into French without thinking about it.
Noel is xenophobic and rarely leaves his domain. In the past before his torpor, Noel was known to be a potent soldier and was extremely deadly with a bow. He and his sire formed a group known as the Protectorate, whose sole duty was to find and destroy those who broke the sacred traditions.
In modern nights, Noel has learned to use a pair of large pistols when engaged in combat.
In May of 2007, Noel united the domains of College Station, Beaumont, Huntsville, Houston, and Galveston to form the Diocese of East Texas.
Currently, Noel lives with his sire, Stephen Laurent.
