OOC Introduction to the Sanctified Calendar

The Lancea Sanctum book specifically mentions that many Sanctified celebrate the Saints Days and commemorate their sacrifices. The text only gives us the names of some five Saints though, all Martyrs, and only provides a useful date for the Holy Day of one of them – St. Daniel. This is unfortunate, as it represents a lost opportunity to provide a rich mine of background and roleplay potential with in-game holidays and observances. In effort to address that opportunity, I have collected the names of the other Saints given and spaced them through the calendar year in an effort to provide a year long calendar of events for use by those Sanctified who would care.
Sam Flegal, the GSA Covenants and Societies, has looked over this material and decided that it is fine for use. I will note though that while I fully intend to use the dates I provided, if White Wolf presents further material which contradicts this – use the White Wolf material. Note also, this is all fluff. There are no mechanical benefits to any of this. I hope you find it useful in enhancing your roleplay. The references on the Saints are taken from Lancea Sanctum, pp35-36
