Sarah Coudron is known to be one of the childer of [Cardinal Tiernan Callaghan] though she does not advertise it. It is common knowledge that she is vastly protective of all of her broodmates and the paladins she is close to which include nearly all those that served her late sire. She often refers to her own paladin, Jess Faithful, and Vrai as being family to her. This is probably linked to the explanation for why Sarah seems more comfortable and at ease with most Nosferatu than others outside that clan, particularly for a Daeva.

Sarah lives in Kansas City, Missouri and runs an establishment there, Club Sin, in which she commonly holds Mass. Prior to becoming Bishop of Kansas City, she was annointed by [Cardinal Mackenzie DuMont] as a confessor. Sarah does not make much of her title of confessor, but nor does she make light of it. She will deny confession to no one, but those who have confessed to her can tell you her reply may be that mortal sins are the tools of the Damned and their confessions should heed that. She was annointed Bishop of Kansas City in tandem by Bishop Mercede of Manhattan, [Angelique] Spencer DuMont of Memphis, and Archbishop Magdalena of Tulsa on the night her brother Aidan stepped down. She did so out of duty and a deep loyalty to the Sanctified of Kansas City, being the only one in a position to take it and having already taken most of their spiritual guidance as a personal concern in her role as confessor. Though she is steadfast in her faith, she is respectful of the beliefs of others even that of the Circle of the Crone believing that even these Damned serve their Purpose to God with or without their belief. Those who ask which creed she ascribes to receive the same reply, "I am Sanctified. I speak the creed of the Mass I attend, but I am Sanctified. That is enough."

Since the disappearance of [Aidan], her broodmate, Sarah has gone into seclusion, having emerged only to perform Mass and she has not been seen at Court in Kansas City in months. She recently left the city for the large gathering in Michigan and has not held Mass in the city since her return.
