THE ALABAMA ECUMENICAL CONCORD
This concord is a Lancea Sanctum, ecumenical organization advocating the unification of its covenant members beyond domain borders establishing peaceful relations under a single administration. The Alabama Ecumenical Concord was officially formalized this twelve day of February, in the year of our lord two-thousand and five located at Auburn, Alabama by the leadership of Cardinal Edward Vaughn, former Bishop of Sydney, Australia, and current praxis holder of Montgomery-Capitol. This Concord municipality covers the local cities of Montgomery-Capitol, Birmingham, Auburn, Cullman, Huntsville; and auxiliary cities of Atlanta, Georgia.
Mission Statement:
• To establish good order through a single administration under the spiritual leadership of an appointed Cardinal. Praxis holders under this concord may not obtain a city position higher than that of Archbishop to maintain structured alignment.
• To foster interest in this concord across the South East region and nationally. • To promote decorous protocols and etiquette for all forms of communication between other municipalities of significance.
• To recognize the status of true Lancea Sanctum members as they relate to the covenant structure. Status will be noted by signature and hereby recognized under this concord as deserving of acknowledgement based on reputation within the covenant.
• To ensure that status within the covenant must equal or exceed one’s position within the domain structure for those under this concord.
• To affiliate and co-operate with other true Lancea Sanctum members while recognizing their right to status within the covenant.
• To foster interchange of information among members of the concord by documents, readings, discussions, exhibitions of heritage, current, historical and archival material, and excursions.
• To acquire and preserve books, manuscripts, newspapers, photographs, etc., as may be considered to have a bearing on the history of the Lancea Sanctum or municipality of concord.
• To promote the continued existence of this concord by only appointing a Cardinal from the municipality of unified cities that constitute its body.

Membership:
• A majority of true Lancea Sanctum members may identify their resident city, or a majority of cities may identify their resident state to join this concord by petitioning the administration to obtain the Cardinal’s approval.

Benefits:
• Recognition as a part of something larger than a domain structure.
• Support for your level of Status within the covenant.
• Protection from enemies of the covenant (i.e. individual threat to city-level threat).
• Ensure the Testaments of Longinus can hold political sway over non-Lancea Sanctum held cities.
