Unity of Faith
GLORIA Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Sum Sanctus.
I have heard much talk of Unity lately, I have had Cardinals and respected members of the Lance wield it as a weapon against those who would dissent against their attempts at the hegemonic control of the Lance thus usurping the place of God and his Host. Have we already forgotten the lessons of the Black Abbey and has the good and righteous work of the Syndics been lost to us in the past sixty years?
I say, there will only be one path to Unity. As there is but One God in Heaven, as there is but One Holy Church among the Canaille, as there is but One Dark Prophet, and therefor only One Lance, therefor there should only be One Creed. Only one reading of the Testament is correct as all others deviate from that Orthodoxy. The Orthodoxy must remain unwaveringly and totally faithful to our most ancient and holy teachings. The Orthodoxy must embrace the mystery and awe of the writings of our greatest Saints. The Orthodoxy must embrace the reverence of the Saints. The Orthodoxy must without question up hold the entirety of the Testament of Longinus not as a guide to Damnation but as Truth.
There is only one such Creed and only one such Orthodoxy, and that is the Monachal Creed, which is only a Creed by virtue that none have the desire to claim it to be the only whole and complete Truth within the Lance. Only will the voluntary and strict adherence to the teachings of the Monachus ever create within the Lance Unity. Only then will all share in one Divine Purpose and only then will the Lance share in one Congress.
In my short existence I have seen the teachings of the Monachus denied by the others within the Lance, I have seen a courageous Theologian and Bishop stripped of his standing because his opinion was not popular nor in line with those who claim to be the secular masters of this Holy Lance. I have seen the rejection of the Holy miracle of Transubstantiation, I have seen the secularization of Holy Writings, I have seen the name of Monachal Creed invoked by those who have liberalized themselves to appeal to the secular Gods of the modern Requiem, to provide a better political face to the World. We fight in a true spiritual war between the forces of God and the forces of the Adversary. We fight for the One God who has Damned us to Hell. We fight because we stand pious and we stand as his devout Faithful. Each and every compromise and every single time we acquiesce to the pressures of this sinful and fallen world, this purgatory, we give a bit of our sanctity over to the Adversary, we lose sight of the Truth, and we take one step further away from Unity. We do not have to give into the political pressures of this world. We stand as Sanctified before God and his Angels, we need no justification, only faith.
My final message is this, for those who partake of the Congress of Truth stay true to your faith, do not waver before the many temptations of the Adversary. Do not give up the staunchness of your Faith because it isn't useful for the New Lance the Curia Cruentus wishes to create, do not compromise because it is not politically advantageous. Make no apology for your adherence to the Orthodoxy of the Monachus. If you are a Bishop who's hands are filled with the Holy charge of care taking other souls within your Parish, do not be light-handed in your administration of penance, do not show leniency in your acceptance of heresy, do not tolerate deviation from Orthodoxy, for you answer not to any political or secular power, you do not answer to any Curia or any half-aborted ideas of a Cardinal, you answer to God and God alone. For those who are faithful, know that when you stand before the Second Judgment of Christ that you will stand truly as Sanctified.
Alone I stand before God. Alone I accept His Judgment.
I am Sanctified.
God wills it.
